Litigation Attorney
Location: Tucson, AZ | Job Type:Full-Time  

Are you an experienced litigation attorney looking for a new opportunity? We are a small but well established law firm seeking a dedicated and skilled Litigation Attorney with preferably 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team. Our firm focuses on delivering exceptional legal services with a client-centered approach.  You MUST be a strong client advocate willing to go the distance.  

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle litigation matters (,and other diverse matters) from inception through trial or resolution  
- Draft pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence  
- Conduct legal research and case analysis  
- Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and depositions  
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel  
- Collaborate with our legal team to develop case strategies  
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of litigation experience (civil, probate, or business litigation)  is preferred, but less will be considered
- Strong legal research and writing skillson 

- Must be strong advocate for clients 

- Open to working other legal matters outside of litigation

- Open to working on other legal matters outside of litigation experience
- Strong legal research and writing skills
